On the the 25th of October 2002, twenty inductees were announced at a gala dinner organised by the New Town and Glenorchy Past Players and Officials Association and the Glenorchy Football Club at the Wrest Point Hotel.
The Hall of Fame has been made possible by a $10,000 sponsorship from Network Gaming's brand Oasis. The Oasis will be the Naming Rights Sponsor of the ‘Hall Of Fame’ for perpetuity.
Each Hall of Fame inductee was honoured with a trophy and will have their photo & profile displayed in the Hall of Fame.
Each year 6 players & officials will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. |
