The KGV facility is a sporting complex developed in the 1950's and improved over the years by the Glenorchy City Council to provide a first class playing venue for Australian Rules Football.

| The playing surface at KGV is around the same size as the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). It has a seating capacity of around 4500 people under cover and a total capacity of around 20,000. It has also been used for large scale rock concerts. |
